Privacy Policy
A transparent overview of how we handle, secure, and encrypt your identity and financial provenance.
Effective Date: October 2024
1. Data Collection & Usage
Amcro Ag acts as a strict fiduciary of your personal data. We collect information explicitly limited to what is legally and operationally required to actuate your agricultural yields. Our data streams map to three distinct operational channels:
- Identity Flow: Government-issued ID processing, residential verification, and biometric liveness checks exclusively for global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) heuristics and Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding.
- Transactional Flow: Linked bank routing heuristics, SWIFT codes, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, and historical ledger actions necessary to securely schedule your weekly or monthly agricultural yield distributions.
- Behavioral Flow: Granular web telemetry, including IP geofencing, device fingerprinting, and session durations across the Platform dashboard, utilized purely to construct anti-fraud algorithmic models and optimize UI performance.
At no point does Amcro Ag Group intentionally collect data from minors under the age of 18. The minimum age to engage in agricultural asset syndication on our Platform is 21 years across all jurisdictions.
2. Security & Encryption Standards
We protect the integrity of your identity with the same uncompromising diligence used to protect our physical agricultural assets. All inbound and outbound platform communications form a zero-trust encrypted tunnel utilizing 256-bit AES TLS 1.3 encryption combined with Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS).
2.1 Digital Vaulting
Investor portfolios, sensitive bank routing information, and identity scans are never stored in hot servers. They are tokenized and deposited into heavily fortified "cold" digital vaults. Amcro Ag actively maps its server infrastructure to PCI-DSS Level 1 and ISO 27001 compliance architectures, guaranteeing enterprise-level resistance against data ingress attacks, SQL injections, and unauthorized database exfiltration.
Breach Protocol: In the statistically negligible event of a catastrophic server compromise affecting the cold vaults, Amcro Ag Group is legally bound to alert all affected investors and global financial regulators within 72 hours of algorithmic detection, as mandated by international GDPR standards.
5. Retention & Deletion Constraints
Unlike standard consumer applications, financial platforms operating under Federal and International regulations concerning commodity futures and fungible asset trading are subject to stringent data retention schedules.
5.1 Record Permanence: Identity (KYC), transaction logs, and formal capital allocations must legally be retained in encrypted cold storage for a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years (depending on investor locus) following the absolute conclusion of your final agricultural contract (Maturation Event). This is explicitly to satisfy anti-terrorism funding audits and cross-border taxation inquiries.
5.2 Ephemeral Data: Aggregate web browsing data, support ticket transcripts, and behavioral session cookies are automatically purged continually within 30 to 90-day revolving windows.
6. Your Data Rights
Amcro Ag recognizes universal data sovereignty architectures. Depending on your jurisdiction (such as GDPR in Europe, the DPA in the UK, or CCPA in California), you reserve the explicit right to summon a total cryptographic export of your metadata profile in a completely machine-readable format.
6.1 Right to Oblivion: Subject to the legal retention constraints noted in Section 5, you retain the right to enforce account 'oblivion'—the permanent forensic deletion of all non-legally mandated routing info, communication histories, and associated identifiers from our active databanks.
To execute these specific rights or lodge formal inquiries regarding how your data interacts with our AI-driven yield algorithms, please submit a certified ticket to our internal Data Protection Officer (DPO) via the encrypted platform dashboard.
